When I click the user drop down icon (right of support menu) I am unable to navigate to the submenus:
In effect I am unable to see purchase history and items to know if I have updates. I have tried usong different browsers Safari, Chrome and Firefox. With some syruggle I get your account highlighted but clicking/pressing hard yields no result.
same problem viewing on ipad Air2. iOS 11.3 .Safari Browser
