    Hey Leonid,

    Since our merchant of record is FastSpring, that are located in the US, they must adhere to the current sanction rules regarding sales to Russia. They are actively blocking anything connected to Russia such as credit cards, IP addresses, VPN services, street address, and also email addresses ending with .ru (which I think is the reason in your case)
